Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued by Gadaou.ai. Our services primarily involve custom digital work including development, design, automation, and consulting. Because of the nature of digital services, refunds are limited.

1. Service Deposits

Initial deposits or upfront payments made to begin a project are non-refundable once work has commenced. These deposits reserve development time and resources.

2. Completed Work

Once a project milestone or deliverable has been completed and shared with the client, that portion of the work is non-refundable.

3. Project Cancellation

If a client cancels a project after work has started: All completed work will be billed, Deposits remain non-refundable, Additional work completed beyond the deposit may be invoiced.

4. Delayed or Abandoned Projects

If a project becomes inactive for 30 days or more due to lack of client communication or required materials, the project may be considered abandoned. Restarting the project may require a new agreement or additional fees.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Gadaou.ai. Approved refunds, if any, will only apply to work that has not yet been started.
